It has been recently revealed that our State Supreme Court is just as divided as the rest of Wisconsin. Justice Prosser said in a private conversation that Chief Justice Abrahamson was a "bitch" and that he was going to "destroy" her- very judicial eh? Dane County Circuit Court Judge Sumi, who was appointed by Republican Tommy Thompson, has issued a temporary restraining order against Walker's budget repair bill, saying it may have been passed illegally.
